In January we launched an experiment to see whether replacing the 'Add New' button with separate 'Add document' and 'Add section' buttons would make it easier to build a bundle. The experiment ran for eight weeks and the results were conclusive showing that having the separate buttons made for an easier bundling experience. This has now been rolled out to all users from the start of March 2025.
A new connector for Bedrock, a cloud-first Case Management System has been introduced. This is available for anyone who is on a paid plan. This connector means that Bedrock users can quickly and easily add files stored in Bedrock into a Zylpha bundle.
The new "Copy Bundle" feature enables you to create an exact duplicate of an existing bundle. It's especially useful when you need to produce follow-up or related documents based on an original bundle. Whether you're handling similar cases or repurposing content from a previous bundle, this enhancement makes the process fast and hassle-free.
Over the last five years, bundles have grown significantly bigger. That's why we've released a structural update to our backend engine which means it can build bigger bundles faster and more efficient. Whilst users are unlikely to see much difference straight away, but it's aimed to prevent a problem at a later date.

We've now added User Groups to anyone on our Team plan. This means as well as sharing bundles with another specific team mate or colleague, it is now possible to set up departments or teams.
This can also be set up at Admin level too.
As cyber threats become more and more sophisticated, we've taken the decision to enhance the minimum requirements of an acceptable password. We have also added a new 'Dynamic Checklist' when setting up a password. This makes it easier for a user to identify if their password matches our new requirements.
