Product Update: November 2025

Brand new features added to the Zylpha Court Bundling Platform

November 2025 Update: Introducing Our Biggest Update in 2025

We're excited to announce a major Zylpha update with a new homepage and your two most requested features.

A Home Page Built Around Your Workflow

Now, when you log in, our revamped home page highlights Court Bundling, Secure Sharing, and PDF Editing for quick access.

Standalone PDF Editing: Your Number One Request

Your feedback was clear: you want our PDF editing tools available independently, not just in the bundling workflow.

We listened. Our full PDF editing suite is now available as a standalone tool. Simply upload any PDF, make your changes using our comprehensive editing features, and download the result. It's that straightforward.

Seamless system integration: If you've connected iManage, LEAP, Bedrock, or Yao, you can pull documents directly from those systems, edit them in Zylpha, and save them back, no need to download files to your local machine.

Secure Sharing for Any File Type

Our second most requested feature? The ability to securely share any document, not just court bundles, created within Zylpha.

This capability is now live on the new home page. Share any file type with the same enterprise-grade security you've come to expect, complete with detailed audit logs tracking every interaction with your shared documents. Know exactly who accessed what, and when.

One Platform, Complete Control

These enhancements enable you to manage your entire document workflow within Zylpha, including creating court bundles, editing PDFs, and securely sharing files, all from a single, unified platform. We believe this will help you extract even greater value from your Zylpha subscription.

Quality of Life Improvements

This update also includes several refinements based on your feedback:

  • Fixed: Character display issues with Euro symbols in document and section names
  • Updated: Bundle creation processing for Team users
  • Improved: Document list formatting now handles lengthy file names more gracefully
  • Refined: Visual styling for upgrade prompts and progress indicators for a cleaner interface
  • Enhanced: Hover state visibility makes upload and conversion status easier to track
  • Resolved: Font conversion issue affecting documents using the Microsoft Aptos font

We're committed to continuously improving Zylpha based on your needs.
