We're excited to announce a significant update to our Courtbundling platform. This month brings three major new features alongside a hostof refinements to improve your experience. Read on to discover what's new.
Say goodbye to the guesswork when uploading files. We've introduced visual progress bars that give you real-time feedback throughout the upload process. The progress bar appears in blue during the upload phase, turns yellow while we convert your files, and disappears once everything is complete. This gives you a much clearer understanding of what's happening behind the scenes and helps you plan your workflow more effectively.
We've streamlined the Court bundle management workflow with a powerful new capability: you can now export bundles directly back into your connected systems. If you're using LEAP, Yao, Bedrock, or iManage connectors, you no longer need to download bundles to your computer before re-uploading them elsewhere.
We're thrilled to launch our integration with Yao, the cloud-based legal practice management system designed to simplify law firm operations. With this new connector, Yao users can now add files directly to a Zylpha Court bundle without downloading them first, further streamlining your document management workflow and keeping everything in one connected ecosystem.
Getting started with content editing is straightforward:
We've also made numerous refinements to enhance your overall experience:
We're aware of one issue with the "Export to…"function when used with the Bedrock connector: exported PDFs display the name "Zylpha Bundle" regardless of the custom name you enter. We're working on a fix for this and will have it resolved soon.
Would you like a closer look at any of these features? We're happy to provide a demonstration tailored to your workflow. Just reach out to our team, and we'll walk you through everything.
