Product Update: May 2026

Zylpha product update - June 2026

At Zylpha, our product roadmap is driven by the needs of our users.

In March of this year, we conducted a customer survey asking users to rank three potential new features. The response was clear and unanimous. Our users wanted a faster, more efficient way to work with existing electronic bundles.

Today, six-weeks after that survey, we’re delighted to announce the launch of ‘Import’, a powerful new feature designed to streamline your workflow when handling PDF bundles.

Import a Court bundle by selecting 'import bundle'

The new import functionality allows you to take an existing electronic PDF bundle, complete with digital bookmarks and upload it directly into Zylpha. Once imported, the system intelligently extracts each document and converts it into its own individual entry within the bundle. We also take your existing section headings and import those too. Finally if any documents cannot be added to a section, we'll automatically add these to a new section called 'unallocated documents'.

Zylpha Court Bundling Import

This removes the need for manual splitting, saving valuable time and significantly reducing the risk of errors.

For legal teams working with third-party bundles, legacy files, or court-provided documents, import eliminates a major bottleneck. Instead of rebuilding a bundle from scratch, you can now transform a fully compiled PDF into a structured, editable Zylpha bundle in just a few clicks. Once everything has been added to your new Court bundle, you can then update the dates of each file in the bundle to reflect your previous index.

This feature not only improves efficiency but also enhances accuracy and consistency across your bundle preparation process. Each extracted document is automatically organised, ready for review, editing, or further annotation within the platform.

Import is available from today and is already making a measurable difference to how our users manage their documents. It’s another step forward in our commitment to simplifying court bundling while maintaining the highest standards of compliance and usability.

We’d like to thank everyone who took part in our March survey. Your feedback continues to shape the future of Zylpha.
