Sub-processors
Last updated: 25 February 2026
Applies to: Zylpha SaaS platform and related services
Overview
We use carefully selected third‑party service providers ("sub‑processors") to help us deliver, secure, and support our services. These sub‑processors may process Customer Personal Data on our behalf as part of our service delivery. Capitalised terms not defined here have the meaning given in our Data Processing Addendum (DPA).
How we choose and manage sub‑processors
- Due diligence: We assess security, privacy, compliance certifications, data location, and subcontracting practices before engagement.
- Contractual flow‑down: We require each sub‑processor to meet data protection obligations at least as protective as those in our DPA.
- Ongoing oversight: We review sub‑processor performance and material changes and maintain a current list.
- Change notifications: We provide advance notice of intended additions or replacements.
