This January, we've rolled out a collection of refinements to our Zylpha electronic Court bundling platform that, while they may not grab headlines, represent our ongoing commitment to making it as easy as possible to create your Court bundle, edit PDFs and securely share files.
These small changes are designed to make your daily workflow smoother and more intuitive.
These updates encompass everything from subtle interface adjustments that reduce clicks, to behind-the-scenes performance improvements that speed up bundle generation, to small but meaningful enhancements in how documents are organised and displayed.
Rather than releasing them piecemeal over the coming weeks, we wanted to bundle them together (pun intended!) and deliver them all at once, ensuring you start the new year with a noticeably more polished and efficient platform.
While none of these changes will revolutionise your bundling process, together they represent dozens of small frustrations eliminated and dozens of tiny time-savers gained. The kind of thoughtful improvements that add up to make your workday just a little bit easier.
What’s New?
- Amended wording of “Upload” option on 3-dot menu to “Replace” for clarity
- Added the ability to automatically enable the relevant connector for a Team when setting up the account
- Added de-duping to CSV import lists when admins are sending out invitations to new users
- Updated styling to the side panels across the platform
- Pagination style buttons (None, Alpha, Numeric& Continuous) have been updated
- Added support for shift-clicking when multi-selecting documents to allow users to select documents in bulk
- Scrollbars have been added to allow users to navigate the page when the browser window is of a reduced size
- Links to the T&Cs, Privacy Policy and Security Policy have been added to the “Help” menu for greater transparency
- Added a confirmation prompt when cancelling a “send” from within the secure sharing tools
