February has been a busy month at Zylpha, with a major platform security upgrade, the announcement of our annual Innovation Award winners, and a few important dates to note. Here’s a round‑up of what’s new and what’s coming next.
This month, we’ve completed a significant security update designed to further strengthen the protection of the Zylpha platform and our users’ data.
We’ve replaced our custom-built sign‑up and login process with Microsoft’s identity and access management solution, Microsoft Entra.
While Entra provides robust identity verification, its real strength lies in advanced security capabilities such as detecting suspicious sign‑in behaviour, enforcing conditional access policies, and supporting stronger account protection measures. This change allows us to continue improving platform security in line with best practices.
In practical terms, there’s very little disruption:
These steps add an extra layer of security to your account while keeping the login process straightforward.
In March, we’ll be rolling out Single Sign‑On (SSO) for Team users.
SSO offers enhanced security and simpler access management for organisations, making it easier to control who can access what. For end users, it removes the need to remember multiple passwords and login details, helping save time and reduce friction.
If you’re part of a Team account, we recommend forwarding this update to your IT team so they’re aware of the upcoming change.
We’re also pleased to announce the latest winners of the Zylpha Innovation Awards.
These annual awards celebrate the outstanding and innovative work carried out by our clients, recognising how Zylpha is being used to improve workflows and deliver real value.
Trophies will be sent to all winners within the next 7–10 days.
Please note that our offices will be closed for Easter on:
We’ll be back and operating as usual from Tuesday 7 April at 9:00am.
If you have any questions about these updates or what they mean for your organisation, our team will be happy to help.
