Fletcher Longstaff’s decision follows the award-winning conveyancing practice’s choice to move to Visualfiles as its case management system. Zylpha was chosen as it is both an approved Lexis Nexis Partner and its Visualfiles integrations are now widely used by UK legal practices of all sizes.
In addition, Fletcher Longstaff have also chosen to purchase Zylpha’s PDF Utilities add-in for Visualfiles which includes letterhead, password protection, PDF split and PDF merge in one easy to use interface. Through its widely respected DeveloperPlus consultancy and implementation project team, Zylpha will also be providing bespoke development to support Fletcher Longstaff’s incoming Visualfiles case management set-up.
According to Adam Cheal, Director at Fletch Longstaff,
“Naturally, ensuring the highest levels of client satisfaction is paramount here and this is reflected by our investment in technology such as Visualfiles. Zylpha’s widely respected integrations, will also help drive service levels whilst reducing costs. They will ensure that our staff can now focus less on admin and more on the legal aspects of conveyancing; meaning they can help their clients exchange and complete faster. We look forward to working extremely closely with Zylpha.”
For his part, Zylpha CEO Tim Long welcomed Adam Cheal’s comments adding,
“Fletcher Longstaff is widely respected for the quality of work delivered by its award winning team. We are delighted that the practice has chosen our Visualfiles integrations and Dev Ops support. We look forward to working closely with practice managers there as they move to using Visualfiles fully.”
