SafeDrop™ is an innovative new method for electronically sending large documents securely.

SafeDrop™ is now integrated into the Zylpha product range so you can create indexed, paginated document bundles, Court Bundles, Home Information Packs and many other document types and send them securely without using email, cd’s or printing!

How it works
SafeDrop™ works by securely uploading documents to the SafeDrop™ servers. The recipients are alerted by email and can download the documents at their convenience.

Security
You control how long documents are
stored on the SafeDrop™ servers. They are permanently deleted after this period SafeDrop™ can add further security by calling the recipient with a secret code. The document cannot be downloaded without this code!

The document cannot be snooped, modified or copied in transit because every document you send with SafeDrop™ is protected with SSL Security

Proof of Delivery
Whenever a SafeDrop™ is collected, you will be sent a 'Read Receipt' containing non repudiable proof that this file was delivered to your recipient, what time this happened and details of any additional security checks they completed to retrieve the document

Large Files
Send files up to 2Gb in size (this is about 34,000 pages of scanned A4!)

Integrated
We have partnered with SafeDrop to provide this functionality throughout our suite of document bundling solutions. Alternatively, the system may also be used “stand alone”.

Hosted and supported 24x7 from the UK, all data stays inside the EU
