Zylpha’s Possession Claims Online (PCOL) integration module has been specifically designed to integrate the SolCase® and Visualfiles® case management systems with Her Majesty’s Court Service (HMCS) internet based service for mortgage repossession.
PCOL is a convenient and secure way of making or responding to certain types of possession claims on the internet. The service allows you to monitor your claim from issue, through warrant to possession.
Generic Integration
This integration module is compatible with a number of industry Case Management Systems and provides users with significant additional time, cost and quality gains over non-integrated processes.
Reduced Administration
The electronic process means that you do not need to print the N5 and N120 as these are produced and posted automatically by the PCOL system.
All issue fees are invoiced and collected through a direct debit and claims can then be managed by accessing the PCOL service online.
Immediate
Claims are submitted and issued immediately as part of the workflow process generating an immediate confirmation email. Hearing details will normally be included, otherwise they will follow by email within one working day.
Intuitive
Users are guided intuitively through a series of screens that consolidate all claim data, ensuring the claim can only be submitted if all key data exists.
Cost Saving
Electronic submissions are currently around 30% lower than traditional issue charges.

Please note that Zylpha provide an integration module between PCOL and SolCase® or Visualfiles® however all functionality offered through this service is at the discretion of HMCS.
