New Version of Zylpha

Today Zylpha has announced a new generation of products in the document bundling and distribution market. To date the focus has been on costs saving in this market but Zylpha has recognised that business needs today go much further.

Risk and Compliance are key to the success and possibly the survival of organisations today. We all know the stories of compromised security and confidentiality in business and public life over the last few years.

What Zylpha has done is to make the whole process of document development and distribution seamlessly integrated, totally secure and electronic. This eliminates the possibility of compromised security and confidentiality as well as minimising the risk of errors being made in the bundles.

Zylpha also realised that the environmental impact of using electronic bundling and delivery would be significant eliminating printing, paper, and courier, such as DX, having to physically deliver documents throughout the country and internationally.

Although originally designed for the legal profession Zylpha is now being widely used by all businesses and organisations who have to create and deliver confidential documentation, such as Meeting Agendas and Minutes, Board Reports, Business Proposals and Contracts.
