What is a system connector?
A system connector is an enhancement to our bundling software which can be purchased to make it easier for you to get access to your documents without leaving the electronic document bundling software.
Can I have more than one connector?
Yes, many of our clients have access to multiple case management (or document management) systems, and our software means you can access from multiple sources.
What happens if I change system, do I need a new connector?
If you change your system then let us know and we will swap you over to the new connector as and when you are ready.
I can’t see my system on your list, does this mean you don’t support it?
We have a range of generic connectors which can be customised for many systems. Please get in touch and we’ll see if it can be done.
