DocBinder Overview
DocBinder allows multiple documents to be collated into a single, pdf document. An index is automatically produced and a variety of page number styles can be added if required to the index, categories and document pages. Branded coverpages and backpages can also be added if required.
Specific Document Types
Optional modules for production of Court Bundles and Home Information Packs allow fast creation of these specialist documents.
Flexible
Documents may be amended at any time and regenerated by users ensuring the most up to date version is always available for printing, emailing or downloading.
Soft Settings
DocBinder incorporates a number of soft settings that allow users to define the appearance of the final document. Font size, type and colour can be set at the point of production to generate a 'branded' document if required.
Convert to pdf
DocBinder will automatically convert most popular document formats to pdf including .doc, .docx, .xls, .xlsx, .jpg, .bmp, .vsd and many others.
