eDRS integration: how it works

1. Sign up for Portal ID.

2. Submit Application

3. Notifications.

You will need to sign up for HM Land Registry Business e-Services. Once you are signed up, then this will give you instant access to the Business Gateway.

Send application and supporting documents electronically direct from SolCase or Visualfiles when submitting application.

Submission will be processed and completed documents (or requisition on title) will be issued accordingly.
