Advance notice: support to be disrupted 28th February 2017

We have been notified by our electricity providers that due to essential local maintenance, we will be without power on Tuesday, 28th February 2017. This is likely to affect us from 8am to 5pm.
We have organised alternative arrangements to ensure our service and support is interrupted as little as possible but this will impact our ability to connect remotely to client systems.
If you think this will be an issue please let us know as soon as possible so that we can work with your IT to set up an alternative remote connection account that we can use from a different location.
Please accept our apologies for this – we expect normal service to be resumed from the 1st March.
