Through electronic document bundling we are committed to getting the Legal Profession to use Tablets and Computers, rather than printing vast paper bundles of case files, evidence and statements.
We have developed the use of electronic document bundling in other areas such as Case Archiving, Compliance Reviews, Contract Packs and Deal Bibles as well as enhancing document confidentiality, security and delivery.
We have developed electronic document bundling software, integrated with Case and Document Management solutions, to cover areas such as compliance, electronic conveyancing and integration with the MOJ portal.
Zylpha technology is designed to automate processing therefore minimising the risk of error inherent in manual processes. The systems minimise the time in each stage of the process, therefore speeding up overall duration and reducing costs.
Products and Services
The flagship product is the Zylpha electronic Document Bundling solution, which takes source documents for case and document management systems, SharePoint as well as network and local directories.
The system converts Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, PDF’s, emails, CCTV and Images into a legal PDF bundle in seconds. The list of document types suitable for bundling is endless (click here for examples).
Zylpha offers direct customer implementation, training and life time support, which includes updates to the latest versions of the products at no extra charge.
We also offer specialised products and services for the users of the Visualfiles and SolCase case management systems.
Zylpha was founded by Tim Long, a qualified solicitor, who was frustrated with the level of repetitive processing within the legal process and turned to IT as the solution.
The company started as a specialist consultancy in Case Management, developing its first product in 2010 for the Electronic Document Bundling Market.
The company now has over 100 clients throughout the UK in the Legal Profession and the Legal Services Departments of Local Authorities.
The last two years have seen 50% growth per annum. The company re-invests its profits in growth by developing new exciting products for the legal process automation market.
The Head Office is based in Winchester with consultancy resources based in Yorkshire.
